We only send marketing or newsletter-style emails to people who have opted in — by checking the mailing list box on our RSVP form or signing up through our footer form. Transactional messages tied to an RSVP you submit (like an event confirmation) are sent regardless of mailing list status, since they relate to an event you asked to attend.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out anytime using our unsubscribe page. We'll process opt-out requests within 10 business days.

We often take photos and video at Connect Cincy events for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you attend an event, you may appear in this content. If you'd prefer not to be photographed or would like a photo removed, contact us using the information below.
We retain RSVP and inquiry information for as long as needed to run our events and respond to your request, and mailing list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
We rely on the security practices of our service providers (Formspree and Vercel) to protect the information submitted through our forms and hosted on our Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Connect Cincy events and the Site are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
